Our finance team works closely both with other departments within the division and with other divisional finance teams where the sharing of best practice is encouraged. Although not directly involved in the construction process, the finance team ensures our supply chain is paid promptly and the construction of high-quality new homes is not delayed.
Is a job in finance right for you?
As part of the finance team, you will need good numerical, communication and organisational skills. You will be primarily office based, able to work to tight deadlines and have a high level of accuracy. You will provide a key part in ensuring robust controls are both implemented and operated, providing high-quality information to allow internal decision making and accurate external reporting, and ensuring all tax liabilities are correctly calculated and paid on a timely basis.
