Our Sharesave scheme offers employees an opportunity to invest in the company’s success. This allows participants to save anything from £5 up to £500 per month to purchase company shares at a discounted rate after three or five years.

Thanks to our employee discount scheme, Building Our Benefits (or BOB), our people can – and do – save on a wide range of purchases from popular retailers like Tesco, TUI, and Sainsbury’s. Last year, our employees saved over £36,000 through this platform, underscoring our commitment to adding value to their everyday lives.

“I live opposite a Sainsburys store so we do all our shopping there and our petrol too – we save 5% on all our purchases using a reloadable card that automatically tops up each week. So I don’t have to remember to add more funds on each time we shop. This saves us at least £7 each week. And from time to time the discount is more than 5% so we put a bit extra on the card in those weeks.

I also use it in Clarks for the kids’ school shoes – usually a 10% saving. I’ve bought household items – bedroom furniture from Ikea (5% saving), a new fridge freezer and a new washing machine (we had a bad year with electricals!!) from Currys/PC world (6 or 7% saving). Recently saved 12.5% at Cotswold buying my husband a new winter coat (for watching the kids play football in the cold weather!) and lots off Christmas gifts at John Lewis (usually 4 or 5%), Christmas PJs at Asda (5% saving) Lego (10% saving and opportunity for cashback too), Nike vouchers for the teens in the family (6% saving), garden centre vouchers (10% off).
